The fields of activity of the WPC Energy RNC Programme Committee covers a wide range of areas, such as:
- Identification, study, and discussion of geopolitical, industrial, innovative, marketing, and personnel issues related to the Russian oil and gas industry, which require the combined efforts of the global professional community to develop international cooperation;
- Informing representatives of the industry, science, and highly qualified specialists in the oil and gas sector about upcoming events organized by the WPC Energy and the RNC, as well as about the conditions and opportunities for participation;
- Reviewing applications and abstracts submitted by Russian candidates for participation in the WPC Energy events and partner’s events;
- Considering plans, reports, analytical notes, and recommendations submitted by the Public Sections and the Yong Professionals Committee on issues within the Committee's competence;
- Scientific and methodological support for the organization and conduct of scientific and practical events (seminars, conferences, etc.) organized by the WPC Energy RNC.
- Proposals for publication of information and analytical materials prepared by the WPC Energy RNC committees, involvement in the development of relevant content, and engagement of leading scientists and industry experts in relevant projects.
