The Russian National Committee of the World Petroleum Council offers youth who are just starting their career in the oil and gas industry assistance and support from experienced mentors. During the year, mentees – young professionals (up to 35 years old) from oil and gas companies, students and PhD students from universities of oil and gas specialties from all regions of our country – will be able to communicate regularly with one of the authoritative representatives of the Russian oil and gas industry. Conversations and meetings with a mentor will help increase professional and personal growth. Mentor's advice will help understand many issues that arise in practice – from discussing the benefits of technological innovations and effective work organisation to practical recommendations for building relationships in the team.
