Vlada Streletskaya, Director of the Russian National Committee of the World Petroleum Council, and Robert Minnegaliev, Director of the Kazan Expo Centre for Development and Support of Congress, Exhibition, Cultural, Entertainment, Sports and Social Events, signed a Memorandum of Agreement. The parties agreed to coordinate joint actions aimed at promoting projects in the field of rational use of Russia's oil and gas resources and holding events aimed at ensuring technological sovereignty, import substitution, and digitalisation of Russia's fuel and energy complex.
The parties are expected to provide mutual support in organising and holding the International Exhibition "TatOilExpo" held within the framework of the Tatarstan Oil and Gas Chemical Forum. Particular attention will be paid to career guidance activities, as well as the formation of youth technical programme.
"The Association's activities aimed at attracting talented young people to the industry are gaining momentum, more and more projects, new formats of interaction are appearing, and the geography of participants is increasing. We are glad that the management of the Tatarstan Oil and Gas Chemical Forum decided to organise a special business programme for young people. I am confident that by combining our capabilities and experience in this area, we will achieve a successful result in forming a high-quality talent pool for the fuel and energy sector," said Vlada Streletskaya, Director of Association “RNC WPC”, after signing the Memorandum.
