CRC Press Publishing House (Taylor & Francis Group, UK) has published a collection of scientific papers of the participants of youth technical sessions of the VI Youth Forum of the World Petroleum Council – Future Leaders Forum, which was held in June 2019 in St. Petersburg (Russia).

More than 400 pages of the book "Youth Technical Sessions Proceedings", indexed by Scopus, Web of Science, contains about 60 scientific works of young representatives of the oil and gas industry, recognized as the best by the results of the competitive selection. Research conducted by the authors of the collection is novel and often innovative view of the new generation representatives on various issues of prospective development in the industry. The competition announced by the Young Professionals Committee of the World Petroleum Council just before the Future Leaders Forum received 357 theses submitted by students, postgraduates and young specialists under 35 years old from 23 countries. The scientific editor of the Youth Technical Sessions Proceedings collection is Professor Vladimir Litvinenko, Rector of Saint Petersburg Mining University.
