The Distinguished Lecturers Program is a collaborative initiative between the WPC Energy Russian National Committee and the SPE Moscow Section (SPE - Society of Petroleum Engineers).
The program's goal is to enable professionals in the petroleum and energy sector to serve as outstanding speakers at meetings held in various regions of Russia, as well as to recognize and celebrate the contributions of selected speakers to the industry's growth. The program seeks to bring together engineers, researchers, and experts in the fields of fuel, energy, and minerals to share knowledge, generate innovation, and enhance their technical and professional skills in the exploration, development, and extraction of oil, gas, and related energy sources in order to achieve safe and sustainable growth in the energy industry for the future.
Since 2024, professional meetings have been held in various regions of the Russian Federation with outstanding speakers delivering lectures. The average length of a lecture is 45 minutes, and 15 minutes are allocated for a Q&A session.
