RUS ENERGY TALKS is a project that offers webinars, roundtables, and master classes organized by members of the WPC Energy RNC Young Professional Committee.
Participants can engage in discussions on current issues in the Russian and global energy industry, as well as topics related to personal and professional growth.
The goals and objectives of the project include:
- Developing a dialogue between experts in the oil and gas industry and young professionals;
- Discussing current energy issues, sharing experiences, and exchanging information;
- Networking opportunities for young professionals, students, and members of the WPC Energy;
- Addressing issues of career and personal growth in the energy sector;
- Providing information about RNC projects to young professionals and students.
All project topics have been divided into three main areas. Each area will begin with a roundtable discussion, where a general overview of the topic will be presented. After the roundtable, there will be a series of webinars focused on specific aspects of the topic. Additionally, each area has one special session that will focus on the most important aspect of the area.
The areas for 2022 are:
1. Climate Change and Decarbonization in the Energy Sector
2. Digital Transformation in the Energy Industry
3. Personal Growth and Career Development
