The first cycle of the RNC WPC Mentoring Programme is coming to an end. During the year participants – students, postgraduates and young professionals of the oil and gas industry who succeeded in the competitive selection process – under the careful guidance of mentors discussed the potential for career growth, opportunities to improve the educational level, development of innovative technologies and other current issues.

This year the Mentoring Programme will be finished at XII International Youth Scientific and Practical Congress. Plenary Session “Mentoring as an element of personal development and professional success” will be held on 18th November at 4 pm in online format.
