Future Leaders Forum has it’s own printed Newsletter
The first issue of the Newsletter of the 6th Youth Forum of the World Petroleum Council “Future Leaders” was published. It opens with a greeting of the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Forum, the Minister of Energy of Russia Alexander Novak.

“The challenges facing the global energy sector are becoming increasingly complex and large-scale. In a competitive environment with other energy sources, the key to successful development of the industry is information technology, environmental responsibility and economic efficiency. We need fundamentally new solutions, fresh perspectives, non-standard approaches,” the Minister said, referring to the participants, guests and organizers of the Future Leaders Forum, which in June 2019 will be held in St. Petersburg.

The issue in detail describes the progress of preparations for the 6th Youth Forum of the WPC – Future Leaders Forum, as well as the history, traditions and significance of the previous Forums. It also contains a lot of useful information for future participants: technical and cultural programs of the Forum, how to become a volunteer.

The Newsletter also tells about the youth activities of the World Petroleum Council, the work of the Young Professionals Committees of the World Petroleum Council.

The release of the first issue of the Newsletter is timed to the meetings of the governing bodies of the World Petroleum Council in Astana and the opening of the Russian Energy Week in Moscow. It is assumed that this will significantly expand the audience of the publication.

The electronic version of the Newsletter “Future Leaders” published by the Russian National Committee of the World Petroleum Council is available on the website of the 6th Youth Forum of the WPC
