The aim of the Programme is to provide young people with an opportunity to directly engage with senior industry experts and leaders to discuss industry issues and draw upon their experiences, expectations and suggestions in a non-corporate perspective.

Programme principles:
Small groups (3-5) of young people, both students and young professionals, from countries where WPC is established will be assigned as mentees to senior industry professionals who will act as their mentor.

This Programme goes beyond a technical and an individual mentoring approach, however topics of interest will emerge in the respective groups (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Career, Corporate Social Responsibility; New Technologies and Innovations).

The participation in this programme is free of charge, and will be organized through conference calls (12 along the cycle).
