Alexander Novak has headed the Organizing Committee of the Future Leaders Forum of the Word Petroleum Council which will be held in St. Petersburg 2019
The event is organized once in three years by one of the countries, members of the World Petroleum Council.

Head of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak was named as Chair of the Organizing Committee of preparation and holding the 6th Future Leaders Forum of the World Petroleum Council which will be held on 23-28 June, 2019 at St. Petersburg. The decision of holding the Forum in St. Petersburg was made unanimously by results of WPC meeting during the 22nd World Petroleum Congress in Istanbul July 9th, 2017.

Future Leaders Forum is one of the key events in petroleum industry. The Forum represents a unique platform for sharing experience, up to date achievements of industry and gives an opportunity to participants to strength cooperation and make new contacts with leaders of petroleum industry. The audience of the Forum is 2000 young specialists and students. The event is organized once in three years by one of the countries, members of the World Petroleum Council.
